1. Digital Products
FaMaj7 sells downloadable digital products, including guitar presets, documentation and related files.
By purchasing or downloading a FaMaj7 product, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any license included with the product.
2. License
Purchasing a FaMaj7 preset grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the purchased files.
You may use the preset in personal and commercial music projects, including recordings, videos, live performances, social media content and monetized content.
The purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the preset files themselves.
3. What You May Not Do
You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, sublicense, copy for distribution or otherwise provide the preset files or included documentation to another person or third party.
You may not make the original preset files available as part of another preset pack, download, library, marketplace listing or similar product.
4. Software & Third-Party Requirements
Some FaMaj7 products require specific software, hardware, expansions, tone models or other third-party products in order to work correctly.
Required third-party products are not included with your purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please review the requirements shown on each product page before purchasing.
FaMaj7 is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers of third-party software or products referenced for compatibility purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Future Updates
When FaMaj7 releases improvements or updated versions of the same preset you purchased, those updates may be made available to existing customers at no additional cost.
Free updates apply to improvements to the purchased product and do not automatically include separate, newly released products or preset packs.
6. Purchases & Refunds
Purchases are subject to the pricing and product information displayed at the time of checkout.
Refund requests are handled according to the FaMaj7 Refund Policy.
7. Product Compatibility
FaMaj7 makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate compatibility information and installation instructions.
Software updates, operating system changes or changes made by third-party manufacturers may affect compatibility in the future.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FaMaj7 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a digital product.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
