Scents in Harmony

 

The F Major Seventh chord, composed of only four equidistant white keys, is among the simplest to play on the piano, but capable of evoking a surprising emotional complexity. My name is Andrea Anzivino and, in 2024, I founded Famaj7, an independent laboratory of artistic perfumery. My fragrances are synaesthetic interpretations of the emotions that music and sound experiences have left in my soul.

I grew up in Gattinara, land of Nebbioli, within the walls of my father's cellar. After studying to be a sommelier and earning a degree in sound engineering, I found in perfumery a new art form to translate memories and sensations into olfactory symphonies. Famaj7 fragrances are born from simple chords, spreading like melodies that intertwine emotions and timeless meanings.

Each fragrance is created in my laboratory in Piedmont with artisanal care, using materials such as wood, which I learned to enhance by restoring oak barrels in the family cellar.
